They keep sending my package to the Bristol depot and back. Whats wrong with my delivery address? Poor service too. Keep getting told the package will be there the next day and now its going to be there on Tuesday.
Bought an item on ebay, from the US. Small parcel. Got from seller to Miami OK. Got from Miami to Heathrow OK. Got from Heathrow to Coventry OK. Charged customs and sticker applied, still OK.
I know it was OK at this stage because the customs paid sticker was applied to a flat surface, a surface that ended up totally crumpled. Then with Parcelforce out for delivery. Arrived totally crushed and contents broken. Registered a complaint with Parcelforce, along with photos of the crushed parcel. They replied that they were unable to investigate.
About time the contract was taken off them? Waited in all day. Latest update was on Thursday at around 7am showing it had arrived at the national hub and been sorted. No movement since then. Waited over 12 hours for an update on the status page only to be greeted by the same tracking info every time I refreshed. No information whatsoever letting me know my package would be delayed. Huge inconvenience, company doesnt even have the courtesy to let you know plans have changed even though theyll happily send a text the day prior making it clear my item would be delivered.
Its not so much the delay thats annoying - with the current global situation its obvious you can expect hold-ups. The irritating part is that I wasnt given any heads-up at all that my package wouldnt be delivered on the day I was TOLD it would. Two days to collect. Two days for them to realise it was in the wrong place. Another two days to decide how to deal with it.
Just to add to it they lied when they said it made it to the correct delivery depot as tracking now shows it going to the sorting hub. I did work there with a agency the worst experience i have it.
I will never gona put my foot there ever. Delivery was due for today through express 24 service. I saw it had been stuck at Aldershot depot from last night at pm and not moved. Very rude no help at all lie about every thing and never get back to you phone a few time cost alot to get no were with them.
Sent Birthday present parcel for my mum in December - they managed to lose it. Applied for compensation, and then after 10 days they somehow found it. It took another 14 days to return it to me. They opened the parcel, damaged all gifts and tore apart all my letters inside, crushed all sweets and destroyed documents included in the parcel.
Thats the second parcel lost in 12 months time. I have worked there while ago, and you will not be happy about how they treat your parcel and some contingent working there More than 8 weeks ago I went to the Post Office to send extremely important legal documents required for a court case abroad, which I was assured would get there in around 6 working days. They also tell me that the Post Office should not have told me that a timeframe for deliveries can be given. Ordered goods from a company in Denmark on 3rd June The goods were shipped and received by Parcelforce Stoke depot on the 10th June It was then forwarded to the National Depot on the same day where according to the last event in their tracking system it has been Sorted, that was 1 month ago.
Emails and calls to customer service have yielded nothing as they will not do anything without a ticket and yes they will not raise a ticket for the recipient of a package. I therefore got the sender to raise a ticket, yet still my parcel is still at their National Hub being Sorted lost forever Parcelforce are naff but their delivery driver Lee from the Rotherham depot is a top guy.
Parcel delivered at the time of day stipulated and handled with respect. Great customer service from the driver. OMG I should of checked these reviews first!!

Whoever is running parcelforce needs to go.. I placed an order with a UK retailer in March who unfortunately uses Parcelforce for international deliveries. Its already July and my package is still in the UK, in the International Hub or at least thats what the tracking history sais , sorted for export Well, it has been sorted for export for a while now. I have already contacted Parcelforces customer service twice, they are very kind but not helpful.
Its a joke. A really bad one. Consider yourself warned. The status of the consignment said it was being held at the National Hub due to an insufficient address but this was verified as being ok by the advisor I spoke to.
At this rate the summer will be over by the time it arrives! Here we are 1 day before Brexit and it still takes Parcel Farce 8 days and counting to raise a customs charge for my parcel. DHL phone you while the item is in transit to take payment and can deliver next day from around the globe while my item gathers dust in your warehouse waiting for you to pull your finger out the proverbial. God knows how long it will take when you have an extra 27 countries parcels requiring customs clearance.
Just spoke to an agent regarding a parcel from the U. S to the UK that had been held in customs for a week. Very helpful guy who tracked down my parcel via postcode as the tracking number the retailer had given me was wrong. He was able to update me on the exact status of my parcel which had been released 30 minutes prior to the phone call. He also provided me with a correct Parcelforce tracking number and the telephone number of the local London hub which I could call the next day, so I could immediately pay the customs fees and avoid waiting for the invoice to come through.
Really helpful and friendly service. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago, on a two day delivery service, item was tracked to the UK hub, said on way to delivery depot, well it must be a long long way because thats where it stayed ever since!
Contacted parcelforce, absolutly no help whatsoever, generic replies telling you to contact seller. No you have the parcel, why dont you make the effort to find out where it is. Said they would carry out an investigation and allow 5 days, the 5 days past a week ago and no contact atall.

Worst company I ever used. Never again stay away. Sent my suitcase for next day AM delivery. Learned my lesson, first and last time to use parcel force. If this is your attitude in a National delivery, hows your International deliveries quality then? You really need to do something in the coming few hours. It is the worst post company.

I am still waiting for my parcel there was a cupboard to leave the parcel in. And the week before he left it in my cupboard. For almost 24 hours it has been, On route to hub. This is the case every time I try to track a parcel they have been paid to deliver. I wasted a day of my life yesterday waiting for it to arrive as at the time tracking details had not been put on their site. It didnt. I fear the same thing will happen today. In an attempt to find out when the parcel would be delivered I contacted my local office but although this was during office hours I was simply fobbed off by a recorded message.
Sadly this is not the first time I have received this level of service. Why on earth dont people just use DPD, Yodel etc????? Parcelforce are quite simply, not fit for purpose. Worst service Ive ever encountered. If I could take stars off them I would. They sent a shipment to me and did not inform me it had arrived. It was returned to their depot and now I can not contact them. I have raised several tickets with them and there has been no reply to any. The item is worth more than pounds it is disgrace the way they behave and should have their license removed.
Received a text to say parcel arriving between am. Great news as I had booked the day off! Still not arrived at 4pm when I received a tracking update saying that Sam the driver was not able to locate our house at We live next to a main road and have never had our house disappear before! Disgraceful customer service. Service has got sloppy and shoddy of late - parcels dissapear into the ether and then magically get delivered finally without recourse, days after they shouldve been!

Awful unprofessional and more. Parcelforce were paid extra to deliver on a Saturday in the SW19 area and despite sending a text message at the beginning of the day to day that the parcel would be delivered by No message or apology has been sent and according to the live tracking system their driver clocked off at 2pm leaving me stranded and having sat in all day waiting.

Bought something from a business and paid extra for the Parcel Force delivery option with tracking. Well, one of the 2 parcels arrived yesterday but the other half is still at the hub. How did you manage to only deliver 1 of 2 parcels? Thats terribly inefficient for you to come to my house twice but thats also very inconvenient for me as it was meant to be a present and now I only got half of the present.

Useless, Ive obviously got nothing better to do than wait around all day on the false hope that a courier is going to turn up and collect my parcel I paid top price for! Two phone calls to the local hub and both times the response; of course your parcel will be collected today!
